UI/UX & Dashboard Design Intern
About the Role
Design usable interfaces, dashboards and information flows for SYLVEDHA software and product systems. You will create user flows, wireframes, responsive layouts, define component states, collaborate with developers and review implemented interfaces for usability.
What You May Work On

- Understand users, use cases and primary tasks before creating screens.
- Create user flows, wireframes and page structures.
- Propose KPI cards, charts, tables, filters, alerts and status views.
- Design responsive desktop/mobile layouts.
- Define empty, loading, offline and error states.
- Collaborate with software/backend teams to ensure the design can be supported by available data.
- Review implemented interfaces and provide usability corrections.
- Maintain concise design-system and handoff notes.

- Follow the approved project scope, architecture, safety requirements and confidentiality rules.
- Communicate blockers, risks and delays early.
- Ask for clarification instead of making major unsupported assumptions.
- Understand and explain submitted work rather than submitting copied or unverified material.
- Use AI tools responsibly and verify any generated code, research or technical information.
- Test work before review or submission.
- Maintain only the documentation needed to explain, reproduce, test, review or hand over the work.
- Protect Company, client, project and personal information.
- Participate in review, integration, correction and final handover.
- Work respectfully with teammates and accept technical feedback.
- Use Company and client systems only for authorised internship work.

Basic Requirements
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, HCI or a related field.
Technical Foundation
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to organise information clearly
- Interest in dashboards, web interfaces or product design
- Ability to explain why a component or KPI is needed
- Attention to accessibility, consistency and usability

Internship Structure
90 or 180 days depending on the internship listing and offer.
