About the Role

Support approved marketing, website content, market research, business analysis and operational coordination connected to SYLVEDHA's projects and public communication. You will assist with content creation, campaign planning, competitor research, business-development analysis and internal coordination.

What You May Work On

* The final project, toolset and responsibility level depend on the candidate's capability, the approved internship plan, project availability, risk, access requirements and available supervision.

  • Assist with website and careers-page content, approved project descriptions and public-facing material.
  • Support market, competitor and customer research.
  • Prepare campaign ideas, content calendars and basic performance reporting where assigned.
  • Assist with product/project information organisation and internal coordination.
  • Support approved business-development research, lead information or customer-workflow analysis.
  • Prepare visual or written content only from authorised and verified project information.
  • Track campaign, enquiry or outreach data where approved.
  • Coordinate with technical teams so public claims accurately reflect real product status.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand the assigned problem before beginning implementation.
  • Follow the approved project scope, architecture, safety requirements and confidentiality rules.
  • Communicate blockers, risks and delays early.
  • Ask for clarification instead of making major unsupported assumptions.
  • Understand and explain submitted work rather than submitting copied or unverified material.
  • Use AI tools responsibly and verify any generated code, research or technical information.
  • Test work before review or submission.
  • Maintain only the documentation needed to explain, reproduce, test, review or hand over the work.
  • Protect Company, client, project and personal information.
  • Participate in review, integration, correction and final handover.
  • Work respectfully with teammates and accept technical feedback.
  • Use Company and client systems only for authorised internship work.

Interns are encouraged to question technical decisions respectfully when they believe an approach is unclear, inefficient, unsafe or technically incorrect.

Basic Requirements

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or a related field.

Technical Foundation

  • Good written and verbal communication

Participation in the internship does not guarantee employment, a PPO, paid role or extension.
